As we draw nearer and nearer to Christmas we are certainly getting busy! We have certainly geared up for Christmas 2025 with Cheesemakers of Canterbury! It’s not long now and we have been supremely busy cheese bees making all our cheeses for your Christmas cheeseboards. We started making our fabulously Mature Ancient Ashmore in February this year, then onto our award winning Ashmore Farmhouse in July and August including our Ashmore Truckles, then onto the Canterbury Cobble, Kelly’s Goat and Rowswell Red in September over the next few weeks we will be making all our soft cheese including our Bowyer’s Brie and Chaucers Camembert as seen on BBC’s Countryfile, to just give you a taste of how much we have been up to!
