Made at Dargate with cream from Kingcott Dairy, Staplehurst, makers of Kentish Blue cheese. Pasteurised and salted with Maldon salt. As A.A. Milne’s king whimpered: “Nobody could call me a fussy man, but I do like a little bit of butter with my bread.” Rich and creamy, this is butter with real taste, not some flabby dairy-based sealant fit solely for preventing your bread going soggy.
