Our Cheeses are also available to purchase through
select retailers and are on the
menu in some fine local restaurants.
In addition, you can discover both our history
as cheesemakers and the history
of Ashmore cheese, originally a cheese recipe in a Scottish
hand book (!), which we have been making from unpasteurised
British cows and goats milk, which we source from local Canterbury
farms.
